According to Candace Owens, Peter Rosenberg is a “plantation supervisor.”
Peter Rosenberg and Candace Owens maintain a contentious relationship because he criticized Joe Budden for allowing Owens to appear on his podcast. The dispute started after Budden announced his upcoming show featuring Owens and this announcement created intense reactions from both fans and Rosenberg.
Through his X (formerly Twitter) post Rosenberg expressed his disapproval of Budden’s decision to have Owens as a podcast guest. He expressed his frustration with the expectation that bigots and trolls and immoral a-holes deserve to be engaged in conversations. The exchange of ideas between intelligent decent people produces valuable outcomes but listening to hateful ranting from a hack about their hatred is a waste of time.
The response from Owens arrived swiftly after her initial post. Owens claimed Rosenberg attempted to restrict Black people from engaging with specific individuals. She expressed gratitude to Peter Rosenberg for his reaction to her dialogue with Joe Budden despite not knowing who he is. Owens attacked Rosenberg’s social status by pointing out his affluent upbringing in a wealthy town because he lacked the authority to interrupt Black people’s dialogue. Peter Rosenberg remains an unknown figure to most people. Serious question… Black people should have the right to speak freely among themselves without interruptions from anyone.

Rosenberg received his next label from Owens when she described him as a “plantation supervisor.” During the argument Owens revealed his father’s work history which included serving Democratic politicians on Capitol Hill followed by his time at AIPAC. Owens argued that the government wanted Black Americans to remain uninformed while she connected this idea to her conversation with Budden about media control.
The intense argument has created a split in public opinion because some viewers stand with Owens while others agree with Rosenberg. What do you think? Does Rosenberg have valid reasons for his critique of the interview or does Owens present convincing arguments?
